Zines Are For Everyone! Workshop

Zines are Do-It-Yourself, mini magazines made for creativity and  empowerment, not for profit. Zines are also accessible works of art with  a long history of being created, read, and shared by communities left  out of mainstream cultural forms of art and media. Dez will  guide folks through some key aspects of zine history, and attendees  will be invited to create their own minizine and contribute to a  collaborative group zine : )
